As such motivation theories for adult learning is not a clearly outlined domain because “it implies that individual differences become important in motivation theory. Six other females, Emma, Louise, Shanequa, Elsie, Rhoda, and Winnie, as of the year 1999, were full-time or part-time students attending college. (Rivera, 2004, p.
