Leaders in organizations are required to invest the right amount of resources in technology to facilitate innovation depending on the organizational needs and structures. Innovative leaders will improve transformations in the organizations to ensure organizational growth.

Technical innovations have to be planned for to ensure teamwork and efficient information flow to facilitate the intrarelationships amongst members of an organization at the major team players in the process (Datta, 2003).            Technical innovation has been used in different organizations in product development, decision-making and operational efficiency. Organizations have integrated their processes through interrelationships formed amongst the stakeholders and the intrarelationships formed amongst the workers within an organization (Dahlin et al, 2005).

Currently organizations emphasize on collaboration or forming partnerships amongst experts to facilitate decision-making and innovation. It is through interaction amongst different people with different knowledge and expertise that they get to learn through sharing the information they have leading improved creativity and innovation (Frey, 2009).            Through technology use, technical innovation has been used to enhance teamwork diversity in organizations through networking to facilitate communication amongst them using IP communications, video, data or voice integration systems. People can now interact with each other remotely in discussions, meetings through videoconferencing or teleconferencing. Such interrelationships lead to cost effective ways of production or development in an organization. Members of an organization can attend a meeting or a learning session remotely to discuss and share with others without incurring costs required to travel and time (Dahlin et al, 2005).            Technical innovation is facilitated with interactions between different locations and with different experiences such as in education or nationality. These differences or diversities cause different effects on people behaviors depending on the information systems in use, the type of relationship and social differences (Datta, 2003).

Through educational relationships, people access diverse information from different areas. Nationality may hinder prosperity in most relationships due to social differences that may be a barrier to effective information flow. Technical innovation has been used to facilitate communication through internet or wireless network access that facilitates information flow and access to people without discrimination (Dahlin et al, 2005). Communication systems have been modified to ensure easy information flow and access across different platforms.            Through technical innovation, people can form virtual interrelationships through the internet accounts formed to facilitate discussions, trading or learning.

 People across different nations have formed relationships to share information across the network (Dahlin et al, 2005). Technical innovations may lead to new interrelationships and intrarelationships amongst workers and organizational processes (Vaughan, 2000). Workers may feel more empowered to use innovative tools in production leading to improved productions. On the other hand, technical innovations may create social differences amongst workers in the organizations. Many employees may feel out of place due to implementation of new technology systems because it may be unfriendly to the users.

Interrelationship between processes should be analyzed to ensure understandability before designing a system to solve a problem in an organization. Technology systems are developed based on given biases by the developer and the incorporated features may affect management, processes and systems in the organization.            With the current trend in organizations where process integrations are encouraged for contemporary management and technology investments, innovative techniques will be highly supported and used.

By integrating processes, an organization will be able to involve all stakeholders in the organizational processes leading to improved employee and customer satisfaction by incorporating their views in designing the process (Vaughan, 2000). Most organizations have shifted from convectional techniques of production to technology use leading so many people losing their jobs because technology systems requires special expertise and knowledge they don’t have (Goodvin, 2005). Technical innovation therefore requires high skills that call for rigorous training amongst workers to keep with the rapidly advancing technology. Eventually, there will be improved productions in terms of quality and customer satisfaction in the organizations.

How creativity will be useful in the future for enhancing clarity and development as transformational leader.In the past organizations used not to have real business plans leading to failures of many organizations. Many leaders in the organizations worked towards operational excellence and profit maximization strategies as a requirement in the organizations but not enough to attain business sustainability with a given period (Preparing Transformational Leaders, 2008). Top management or leaders in organizations should be creative enough to come up with strategies that will make the organization achieve both its long and short-term objectives and directing the lower level managers to implement them in the organization as planned (Frey, 2009).            Leaders should be able to implement strategies that promote business growth across different platforms depending on the expected organizational growth in future. Heterogeneous business platforms can only be achieved through integrating the organizational structures, systems, processes and customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction (Frey, 2009). A good leader should come up with a scalable, reliable and user-friendly to promote usability and acceptability in different areas.

This is only achievable by a creative leader or person. Creativity should enable leaders to come up with the best management systems possible to favor workers. Management systems should promote employees freedom through enhanced participation to encourage learning leading to innovation and improved productivity in the organization.            Creativity has made it easy for the leaders to manage large and diverse organizations.

Innovation has been used as a strategic tool in organizations to enhance leaders thinking and management. The leaders work design or structure are rapidly changing to meet the changing business requirements leading to new product developments and customer oriented productions (Garza & Fernandez, 2003). Business environment changes have been facilitated with the presence and use of web innovative tools. Technical innovations acquisition is a continuous process in organizations leading new product developments (Frey, 2009). Creativity depends on the kind of tools available for production in an organization. Leaders are expected to invest much in technology to facilitate innovation in the organizations.

Since currently almost all organizations have invested in technology, the success of an organization will therefore depend on the level or how much the leaders in the organizations are willing to spend. A leader is expected to provide the right skills, time and recognition through communication of a new technology in organization to ensure a successful transform. Employee should be trained to be innovative through provision of the right tools and friendly learning environment to facilitate empowerment leading to creativity (Preparing Transformational Leaders, 2008). Innovation is a tool used for survival in economically unstable business environments by introducing new ideas in to the business to balance with the cost management strategies.

Leaders will therefore be creative enough to ensure cost management leading economic stabilities in the organizations (Frey, 2009).ConclusionTechnical innovations are not purely new technology developments but require being more creative to improve on the existing systems to solve a given problem as experienced by the users or to make more suitable for its intended purpose. Innovation requires using the available technology to produce a new product that requires understanding of the organization, its structures and requirements to come up with the right product (Frey, 2009). Innovation has lead to formation of relationships between different people from different places to come up with a product (Datta, 2003).

These people are required to think and behave the same through interactions and participations to ensure success for the product.
