Project goal, under certain limit of time

Projectis a unique Endeavour which has specific Starting and agreed upon deliverableending. Project management is a unique process with effective time, cost andperformance for any task.  It is managementand art of defining a goal, under certain limit of time with planning’s toperform the task.

Project management is the best way of organizing andmonitoring any progress and completion of any kind of work within time andresources.Themain and foremost challenge of any kind of the project is the achievement ofall the project goals with constraints. To deal with this the projectmanagement have many methods to efficiently perform and collaborate any taskand one of the most used and successful method is the following of the projectlife cycle. It works with a frame for managing any task so that the system canmeet the final product. Every project is divided into 3 steps of initial phase, intermediate phase and the final or closing of the project.

This is the mostgeneric and most used phases of any project. These phases don’t find the solution of mostlarge project with detailed an more complex level of requirements, So for thesuccessful completion of projects like this there is four certain phases as defining, planning, Executing or implementation and the final delivering or closurephase. Together all these phases make the path for the for the projectcompletion taken as “Project life cycle”.1) DefiningPhase:          This is the initial and the mostimportant phase of any project where we give the identification of goals withthe specification of the project with all its requirements. After thisgathering of all the information about the project we create a documentationform. Then we use this document for creating the feasibility study of theproject whether to know if we could meet the goal within all the constraints oftime, cost and scope of the project and final documentation is create to getall the issues and solutions are determined.

Once these all the done then thetasks are created with respect to all the teams and so the responsibilities canbe distributed among them.   2) PlanningPhase:          This is the phase on whichcharacterize as the backbone of any project lifecycle. Because any negligencein this phase may result in the complete failure of the project. In this phasethe user we further plans on the risk and more advance requirements of theproject. After doing all the risk and feasibility study of the system wedevelop a schedule of achieving of all the system in most suitable fashion forthe project to reduce the chances of the problems occurring for reducing theresult of the steps in the project. This is also time to inform the allstakeholder about the communication plan for achieving their task and let themknow the time taken by the system for the most effective completion of theproject.

Afterall the discussions and planning with the stakeholders we generate thedocumentation in detail and then we define the tasks and responsibilities ofthe teams with further details and more dependencies about time and costestimation of every team and manage this around the system phases.3) Executionor implementation Phase:          In this phase the project is put intowork by following the devised plan. This phase is important in the aspects ofmaintaining and implementation of the system into its respective iterations. Inthis phase the tasks are performed with under the supervision of the manager. In most projects it’s the phase where most of the time is spent to so that thesystem is executed completely in all its aspects and strict monitoring of thesystem with respect to time, cost and reliability is maintained. The system’s deviationfrom the path is also controlled so that the system accomplishment mayobtained.          Manager also maintains the statusreports of every team and could work on maximum from each team without anycomprise on the quality.

This phase also maintains any change in the plan somanager could maintain and coordinate the project with remaining time. Once theproject pass from all the quality measures and also satisfying requirements of theproject with under cost and time maintenance. At this point project is readyfor the final phase of the closure.

 4) Delivery Phase:          Once the project has passed all thedeliverables under the implementation phase it moves towards the closure ordelivery phase. At this point the main steps are toward the finalizing andgiving final testing and validations to the project so that they can passthrough the clients eye of checking. At the end when it passes through all thevalidations we start generating the final report of the project with all itsphases report and their success rate under the given agreed time.

This documentalso helps the project organization for future experience. Then at last with terminatingthe project  with supplier and providewhole final report to the system to let he stakeholder about the whole workingof the project in all its respects.          Dependingon all above discussion we can display all these phases under such a displaywith respect to time of project as above.Importanceof Project Life Cycle:                   Project life cycle finds itslarge use in most successful and technical organizations where they follow itfor the completion of their deliverables its all because of its many featuressome are elaborated as below.·       Provision ofeasy and sequential way of completing projects.

·       Cost and timeeffective management.·       High level ofmaintenance and supervision for the completion of all phases.·       Fast trackingof life cycle with overlapping phases.·       Provide greatcommunication and interest of stakeholder to influence on project advancementand scope.

·       Progressive anditerative nature of development.·       Highlydocumented and structured procedure of thriving project.·       Great deal ofvalidation and testing for checking all the requirements of the project.·       Provision ofreasoning and preservation of resources in well formed documents at the closurefor future experience (knowledge). These are the some of the most basic important characteristic ofProject lifecycle.

On the basis this we can infer that project life cycle findsmany uses in different aspects of real life because of its efficiency andsuccessful completion of any project.
