Sharia is can be defined as the principle connecting system of divine law as well practice and believe and practice which govern Muslims of all walks of life as provided by Qu’ran. In a nutshell Sharia can be defined as a body of religion law governing Islamic. Literally, the word Sharia means path of the water source, symbolizing a legal frame work governing both public as well as private sector subject to those who confess Islam. Sharia is based on Islamic principle and it is design to deal with different dispute or giving guideline to various problems in all scopes of life i.e. business, politics, contract, family matters and other social issues. Unlike other forms of law, Sharia is just a flame work within the public as well as private sector which is not strictly static but as system guiding on how the rule of the law is suppose to be to serve humanity giving consensus in aimed at unified spirit but in accordance to Qu’ran.

Today Sharia is the most widely used law which was developed since Islamic golden times where there was even development of civil law institutions.  According to Islamic teachings, Sharia means principles that lie behind the truth and give law which is divinely ordained which is time less as well as concrete. Sharia contains law which means Islamic law contains law originating from Qu’ran and Sunnah. The combinations of these two sources are responsible for coming up with analogy from the existence of divine principle as well as proceeds in ruling. In conclusion, the Sharia law is guided by teachings of and his prophet Muhammad although by the time of Mohammad death the law was not developed but later evolved around Muslim society.

Jihad is a Muslim concept which of late has been popular in world to day. This has been mostly connected to the fact that this name has been greatly associates with word terrorism. From this notion, in the world religions point of view there have been questions on the meaning of Jihad attracting many definition as well as answers to its meaning. The name Jihad has been described to mean people of Muslim faith striving to adhere to the teaching of the holy book as well as doing accordance to the will of Allah. The name Jihad in this context means efforts made by a Muslim faith within his/her soul as a way of pay back to Allah who created human souls in the both environment of both evil as well as good. Jihad in this context helps Muslim faiths to overcome evil maintaining good element within them. According to Mirza para 1, “Jihad in Islamic tradition is that of an internal spiritual struggle, focused on individual purification and the promotion of social justice and human rights Jihad means effort or endeavors against man’s own self. Jihad is to work hard to do right things. Islam asks his followers to recognize their duty towards themselves, and that duty is Jihad, striving for good against evil, beginning with the conquest of a man’s own lusts.” From this meaning the name jihad in the context of Muslim has be misinterpreted with section of Muslim especially the extremist to exploit this name to gain political mirage through associating it with holy war giving the name Jihad a new name from the one explained above. According to Mirza para 1, Jihad does not mean holy war as it has been implicated in the world fight against terrorism but it have only one meaning which is serving Allah.

Muslin religion has contributed greatly towards the world in many different ways. The culture of Muslim was based on high form of civilization which existed in Arabia especially from Mecca where this religion was born. This religion was started at the time when Mecca was greatly a cosmopolitan city making people from different back grounds to integrated change there culture as well as civilization making this religion to leap a very rich culture which it was later to disseminate to the world. This was done through Muslims much travel around the world. In Europe Islam contributed to start of classic leaning in Spain. “The contribution of Muslim Spain to the preservation of classical learning during the Dark Ages, and to the first flowerings of the Renaissance, has long been recognized” (HRH, The Prince of Wales para 2). Muslin not only knowledge to Spain and contributed immensely in the civilization of Greek where which has history major contribution to man civilization which.

Not only did Muslim Spain gather and preserve the intellectual content of ancient Greek and Roman civilization, it also interpreted and expanded upon that civilization, and made a vital contribution of its own in so many fields of human endeavour-in science, astronomy, mathematics, algebra (itself an Arabic word), law, history, medicine, pharmacology, optics, agriculture, architecture, theology, music. Averroes and Avenzoor, like their counterparts Avicenna and Rhazes in the East, contributed to the study and practice of medicine in ways from which Europe benefited for centuries afterwards. This shows how the Muslim religion has contributed greatly toward world civilization making it important like any other religion contributing to global civilization.
