The candidates were all interviewed, resumes were collected, and all relevant information was compiled into a report. For an easy comparison method, a decision matrix was selected as a suitable chart in order to compare all promising candidates and ultimately determine the most suitable one for the Project Manager position.The decision matrix was compiled based on all information available about the selected candidates. By the statistical figures shown overall in the matrix, Nathan was determined to be the most suitable candidate for leading this Project and becoming its Manager.
