Why should people be aloud to carry something small enough to fit in the waist of your jeans and be near invisible. Why is this wrong, well people think it’s wrong because “it violates the Eighth Amendment because it is morally unacceptable to the people of the United States at this time in their history. Marijuana over the last years has become more pronounced in the medical field. Marijuana could greatly reduce the demand for narcotics and simultaneously decrease the number of accidental painkiller overdoses, which are the greatest cause of preventable death in this country.(medical marijuana). In states where it is smoked there has been reports of lung cancer or emphysema.
