In the story othello He is chosen to be the general of the military of Venice. Although he is of great persona, he makes a stupid judgment fail and falsely accuses his wife by falling into iago trap of jealousy.  It is one thing to be jealous, but Othello took his jealousy and used it to pray and convince himself that his wife was unfaithful. The input of iago manipulation lead to Othello murdering his wife, Desdemona. Because Iago planted seeds of jealousy. Othello should have trusted his wife when she tried to tell him the truth on multiple occasions. He trusted the wrong man with his problems and his life and most everyone around him ended in tragedy. Although Iago planted seeds of jealousy, Othello lacked self discipline.

He could not control his anxiety. He allowed his jealousy to overwhelm him. Rather than trusting his beloved wife, he killed her out of jealousy.Jealousy is one thing but in the story othello he took it to a whole another level by murdering his wife like this is a criminal minds episode. Then Othello decides to kill himself With one stab into his chest this shows his tragic end of the character othello. After everything from Othello’s rise to prominence and his tragic love story with Desdemona to his tragic downfall are caused by no one but himself because he lacked self control and not trusting his wife and actually opeaning his eyes and see this was so logical that the path he should have chosen.
