Gonzalez ( TX ) , and Edward Roybal ( CA ) , to supervise legislative and other authorities activity that affects Hispanics.The Caucus was originally formed to function as a legislative organisation through which legislative action, every bit good as executive and judicial actions, could be monitored to guarantee that the demands of Hispanics were being met.
