Thesis: Adolf Hitler dropped out of Realschule and was interested in Arts, he led the powerful German Nazis, later, as Berlin fell to the Russians Hitler committed suicide. Hitler was not a successful student. Hitler was born on the date of April 20th, 1889 in the town of Braunau, Austria. His father, Alios Hitler, was an Austrian customs official. His father retired in 1895. Alios was married three times. In the year of 1903 his father died. Hitler lived a pleasant life. He lived idle at his house for two years after dropping out of school.
The Hitler family made their home in the city of Linz, that is the capital of upper Austria. The only games that Hitler liked to play as a child were war type games. Hitler had an outstanding performance in elementary school but struggled in Realschule, a college prepatory school. He dropped out of Realschule in 1905. After he dropped out of school he refused to get a job. Hitler spent his time as a child reading, painting, wandering in the woods, and dreamed of one day becoming a famous artist. His mother died in the year of 1907.
Hitler moved to Vienna in attempt to enroll in the Academy of Fine Arts. Hitler did not gain admittance and then went into a deep depression. On May 13th, Hitler did not want to get drafted into the Austrian military, so he went across the German border to Munich. He got caught on the border, was arrested, and went to jail. Hitler led the Nazi Party. Hitler made a youth group called the Hitler Youth movement. One thing they did in that movement is book burnings. They would burn “Jewish Marxist” books. Hitler violently encouraged book burnings.
Hitler himself was a strategist, not a fighter. “He used his tongue instead of his fists,” and he was always a leader, one historian wrote. He was a good soldier. Hitler’s enemies tried to prove that he was a coward when it cam to war. Hitler led the Nazi Party. A defeated Germany at the end of World War I left Hitler without a goal which drove him to fight on the streets of Germany. He blamed the defeat of World War I on the Jews. Hitler made himself standout as the most popular speaker and propagandist of the Nazi Party. The membership increased by six thousand people in 1921.
In the month of April in 1921, Adolf Hitler became known as the leader of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. That is the official name of the Nazi Party. Hitler could count fifty six thousand members of the party by the end on 1923. Some of the ideas that Hitler focused on while he was the Fuhrer were inequality among races, nations, and individuals as part of an unchangeable natural order. Hitler said “Rational anti-Semitism must lead to systematic legal opposition. Its’ final object must be the removal of Jews altogether. ” With more political success Hitler’s life grew more relaxing and stable.
Hitler’s absence because of an arrest and imprisonment in 1923 left the Nazi Party to split into rival factions. Thereafter, the country no longer responded to the message of the Nazi Party. Germany was doing better economically until the Great Depression hit in 1929 and then the Nazi propaganda started to take hold. Hitler’s income came from the Nazi Party, by writing for nationalist newspapers, and his book Mein Kampf. Hitler is known as the man who caused more devastation than any other man recorded in time. Hitler outlined his plans for total conquest in November of 1937.
The official symbol of the National Socialists Party is the swastika. Soon after Hitler adopted the swastika symbol, it became known as one thing, Nazism. During World War II, Hitler fell to the Russians as they were invading Berlin. In attempt to take over Europe, Hitler made an alliance with Italy called the “pact of steel. Hitler began World War II on September 1st, 1939. Hitler first marched into Poland. Hitler said “that he took the biggest gamble yet by invading the Soviet Union”. Hitler did not succeed. The harshest winter Russia had ever had let them realize the flaws in the strategy of the German army.
Hitler’s army was very unprepared for the cold winter. On April 28th, 1945 Hitler married Eva Braun. While Russian troops were invading Berlin, Hitler and his inner circle were staying in an underground bunker. Both Hitler and his wife committed suicide in the bunker. Hitler shot himself and Eva took a poison pill. As ordered by Hitler, their bodies were burned.
